Rental terms
General rental terms. The specific ones — mileage, deposit, delivery — are written in the quote and the contract.
Who rents
The lessor is Premier Service S.r.l., Viale Bianca Maria 19, 20122 Milan, VAT no. 13613060964, trading as Supercar Milano. Rentals are self-drive.
For cars marked "on request" the lessor may be the partner company that provides them: the quote states it before you confirm, together with its terms.
Driver requirements
The driver must be at least 25 and have held a category B licence for at least 3 years, with a valid identity document. Some cars may have different requirements, stated in the quote.
Everyone who will drive the car must be named in the contract. Anyone not on the contract is not insured.
Request, confirmation and payment
The minimum rental is 24 hours. A request sent from the site is not a booking: it becomes binding with the written confirmation, the signed contract and the agreed payment.
There is no online payment. Payment instructions come with the confirmation.
Deposit
The deposit is stated in the quote. It is held at collection and released at return, after the car has been checked.
Insurance
The rental includes the third-party liability insurance required for self-drive hire. Any damage cover and the related excess are stated in the contract.
Cover is void for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving by anyone not named in the contract and serious breaches of the highway code.
Mileage
Included mileage is set in the quote. Extra kilometres are charged at the rate written in the contract.
Permitted use
The car is used on public roads. Track or competition use, towing, sub-letting and carrying passengers for payment are excluded. Leaving Italy must be agreed beforehand.
The car may be fitted with a satellite tracker, as explained in the privacy policy.
Collection, return and delays
Collection and return places and times are those written in the contract. A late return may be charged as an extra day.
Fines, tolls and accidents
Fines for traffic offences, tolls and parking remain the driver’s responsibility. In case of breakdown or accident the driver tells us straight away.
Governing law
The contract is governed by Italian law. Disputes go to the court established by law, except where the law provides for the consumer’s court.
