This page explains how Premier Service S.r.l. processes the personal data of visitors to supercarmilano.com and of anyone requesting a rental.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Premier Service S.r.l., Viale Bianca Maria 19, 20122 Milan, Italy, VAT and tax no. 13613060964, which rents out cars under the Supercar Milano brand. For any question about your data, write to the certified email address premier_service_srl@pec.it.
What we collect and why
From the booking form: first and last name, email, phone, age and years with a licence, plus the same details for any second driver. We ask for age and licence years for a precise reason: the insurance policy sets minimum requirements for the driver.
From the contact form: name, email, phone and the text of the message.
During the rental: the cars may be fitted with a satellite tracker, which records the vehicle’s position and times of use. It serves the security of the car and documents the rental periods.
From browsing, only if you accept analytics cookies: page views and performance data, in aggregate form.
Legal basis
For booking-form data the basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
For checking insurance requirements and for the satellite tracker the basis is our legitimate interest in not handing over an uninsured car and in protecting it (Art. 6.1.f).
For analytics cookies the basis is consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie panel.
For keeping rental documents the basis is our legal tax and civil-law obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become a rental are deleted after twelve months. Tracker data is kept for as long as needed to close the rental and any disputes. Contracts and tax documents are kept for ten years, as the law requires.
Who we share it with
The insurance company, to cover the rental. Partner rental companies, when a rental is handled operationally by them: they receive only the data the contract needs. Our accountant, for invoicing. The technical providers that host the site and send confirmation emails, appointed as data processors. The authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a readable format. You can withdraw cookie consent whenever you like. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
To exercise a right, just write to premier_service_srl@pec.it: we reply within thirty days.
